How to install or update applications?
The Updated M4S MP3 player comes with the Play Store pre-installed. You can install and update apps directly from the Play Store. In addition, all apps including the Play Store can be blocked or unblocked.
How easy is it to set up parental controls for the kids MP3 player feature?
No registration needed, no internet connection needed, and no personal data collected, all you need to do is set a 6-digit passcode to enable the straightforward parental controls.
Does the MP3 player come with earphones and protective case?
Yes, M4S MP3 player, USB-C cable, Wired Earphones, Silicon case, User's manual, are all included in the giftbox.
If the player is not working properly, or does not turn on after charged?
Trouble shooting:
1.Factory Reset
2.Force Restart: Hold the power button for 10-15 seconds until the logo appears or use an ejector to press the reset button
3.Use a standard 5V charger (not PD) and try another cable if charging fail.
